Marcin Barański

For 25 years, Marcin worked for the largest telecommunications providers, mostly in managerial positions both domestically and internationally (Ericsson, Huawei). He co-created the telecommunications market in Poland and developed sales strategies for telecommunications solutions and outsourcing. He collaborated with the largest corporations worldwide.

Marcin participated in developing and implementing comprehensive sales strategies involving multi-person, international teams. He developed and implemented operational outsourcing development strategies in Poland, Central Europe, and Australia/Oceania. He led the largest tenders for telecommunications outsourcing and managed numerous projects for process optimization and change management. Throughout his career, he worked with international sales teams in matrix structures.

Marcin earned a master’s degree in computer science specializing in decision-making support from the Warsaw University of Technology. He also completed an MBA program and numerous specialized courses and training. He is an experienced practitioner and teacher of mindfulness.
