Mateusz Sarapata

Mateusz is an experienced manager with many years of practice in managing companies in the financial industry. For the past few years, he has been managing FORUM TFI S.A. – one of the largest independent Polish investment companies. His ability to synthetically combine knowledge resulting from his legal education with practical knowledge of business issues allowed him to prepare effective solutions for clients. He was involved in many investment processes in the PE/VC market. He actively participated in designing and implementing restructuring plans and development plans for companies operating in diverse markets. He has high competencies in creating and implementing investment strategies and company valuation.

Throughout his professional career, he has devoted a lot of attention to the operational optimization of the functioning of companies and the analysis of modern management methods, particularly those related to investment decision-making.

He completed his law studies at Jagiellonian University in Krakow. He is also a graduate of the Advanced Management Program at IESE Business School (Barcelona). As part of his managerial competence development, he participated in many courses and trainings in team management.
