Robert Kaleta

Robert Kaleta has over 25 years of experience in senior management positions in international industrial environments, in the automotive and construction sectors. During his career, he managed operations of production plants with over 250 employees, responsible for budgeting, P&L, CAPEX and OPEX, as well as for implementing modern management methods such as Lean Manufacturing and QRM (Quick Response Manufacturing). Robert worked in international teams from Asia, Europe and North America, effectively implementing organizational changes and technological innovations.
As Business Unit Director and Member of the Management Board at Techmatik S.A. was responsible for increasing turnover by double digit annually, improving efficiency by over 10% and achieving EBITDA above 10%. He successfully led the organization through the transformation process, increasing production efficiency and significantly improving Lead Time. He transformed the organizational culture leading to operational excellence across the business. Previously, he served as Operations Director and Quality Director at Mobile Climate Control, where he supervised operations and improved the delivery-on-time, as well
as significantly reduced the number of customer complaints.
Robert has extensive experience in quality, environmental and occupational health and safety management, which he gained while working for companies such as Techmatik S.A., MCC (Mobile Climate Control), Techrete, DENSO, Faurecia, among others. His competences also include the development of supplier management structures, implementation of quality management systems compliant with IATF 16949 (Quality Management in the Automotive Industry), ISO 9001 (Quality Management), ISO 14001 (Environmental Management), ISO 45001 (Occupational Health and Safety Management System) and ISO 50001 (Energy Management), as well as conducting internal audits and training.
Robert graduated from the MBA at Franklin University in Wrocław and obtained a master’s degree in journalism from the Jagiellonian University. He also holds a number of certifications including Green Belt Six Sigma, EOQ Quality Auditor & Quality Systems Manager, and NEBOSH and IRCA certifications in quality and safety management.
