He worked in organizations at various stages of development: in startup ventures, co-creating them up to the maturity stage (Expander, Open Finance, Noble Bank); in Polish and international corporations (BNP Paribas SA, GNB SA), where he managed the existing structures and created new functional units from scratch. He also has experience in working in the segment of medium-sized enterprises of the nature of family businesses.

He made organizational transformations involving several hundred employees. He played an important role in many mergers and purchases of an organized part of the enterprise. He carried out digital transformations, implemented, developed and integrated IT systems, implementing many projects worth several million PLN. He optimized organizations, processes and operational activities, implemented continuous improvement programs.

He managed a cost budget of up to EUR 20M per year. Has essential skills
in managing processes with large quantitative volumes and large units (> 1,000 people), of the SSC / BPO and Contact Center nature. He built and managed the structures of the PMO.

A graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics. He completed the Management® program at the ICAN Institute and post-graduate studies at the Business School of the Warsaw University of Technology – Renewable Energy. Communicates in the following languages: Polish, English, Spanish, Russian.

He created and managed the processes of management, financial and non-financial reporting, short-term and long-term forecasting and budgeting
in organizations with a scale from several million zlotys to tens of billions of turnover annually. On the issuer’s side, he co-managed two successful IPO projects worth over PLN 6 billion, debt financing projects and M&A transactions.

He was a member of supervisory boards in companies from the sector of construction and engineering services, renewable energy and in a world-class professional sports club.

A graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics and IESE Business School – University of Navarra. He also completed a number of trainings and courses in the field of strategy, management, communication and finance, incl. on MIT / Sloan and Wharton.
