She has managed areas of marketing, retail sales, customer service, and UX, combining hard data and technology with a human approach to business.
As Vice President of DHL Parcel and a member of the management board, she was responsible for developing the service portfolio, implementing innovations, and scaling operational processes. She successfully launched a network of 14,000 drop-off and pick-up points, 3,000 parcel machines, the MyDHL mobile app, and customer service automation programs. The solutions she implemented led to a significant increase in revenues, customer satisfaction (NPS growth from 15 to 47), and operational efficiency.
At InPost, she was responsible for a new marketing strategy that enabled a tenfold increase in volumes within two years and integrated services with the Allegro platform. Earlier, as Marketing Director at Canal+, she co-created one of the most effective communication strategies in the media market, recognized with EFFIE awards.
Anna is an expert in strategic leadership, digital transformation, and customer experience. In 2024, she launched her own Effective Leadership Program, supporting SME leaders in growing their businesses effectively. She believes that the strength of an organization begins with wise leadership and well-structured processes.
She holds a PhD in Social Sciences (SGH Warsaw School of Economics) specializing in digital business transformation, lectures on leadership in postgraduate programs at SGH, and is a Certified Growing Pains Strategy® Advisor.
