Paweł Brzózka, PMP

Manager, advisor, and transformation leader with over 15 years of experience in delivering complex IT, logistics, and digital projects. A certified Project Manager (PMP®), specializing in change management, scalable process design, and executing initiatives at the intersection of strategy and operations across the industrial (KGHM), retail and logistics (CCC), technology and consulting (TT PSC), and public sectors.

He has extensive experience managing project portfolios exceeding PLN 20 million annually, scaling project teams (up to 50 people), and implementing ITSM and PMO standards in large organizations. His projects include the implementation of ITSM solutions for 60,000 users, the construction and development of distribution and e-commerce centers, the launch of digital platforms (including ccc.eu), implementation of IT service monitoring tools, and the development of data warehouses and reporting systems.

Combining technological expertise with operational and business experience, he effectively translates strategy into practical actions and measurable outcomes. His work is guided by quality, accountability, and continuous improvement, with a strong focus on delivering business value.
● At Transition Technologies PSC, he managed a portfolio of digital transformation projects in the public sector, overseeing team development, process standardization, and the delivery of high-quality solutions.
● At CCC S.A., he led key logistics and IT initiatives: launched the distribution and e- commerce centers for the HalfPrice brand, expanded supply chains to foreign markets (including Germany, Austria, Switzerland), directed the development program for the ccc.eu platform, and implemented ITSM and PMO frameworks.
● At KGHM S.A., he was responsible for implementing a procurement management system as well as developing ITSM systems and processes.

He holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Zielona Góra and a postgraduate diploma in Logistics from the Poznań School of Logistics. He has completed numerous project management trainings (PMI, Scrum.org), including PMP®, PSM I, PSPO I, and Generative AI Overview for Project Managers. He is a certified GROWING PAINS STRATEGY® Advisor.
