Robert Kaczmarek

A seasoned manager, entrepreneur, and advisor with over 25 years of experience in CEO and CFO roles across companies and corporate groups. He has managed both individual companies and groups comprising multiple entities in sectors such as FMCG, heavy industry, steel structures and machinery manufacturing, logistics, construction, and the beauty industry.

An expert in business transformation, strategic management, and corporate finance, he has led numerous restructuring, optimization, and financing projects, holding key roles:

  • Interim CFO, Cosmo Group (Neonail, Mylaq, Néo Make Up) – Financial reorganization and cost reduction (1,000+ employees, PLN 400 million in revenue).
  • CFO, DIJO Group – Financial management of 10 companies (PLN 680 million in revenue).
  • President and General Director, Eiffage Polska Metal – Oversight of three production plants.
  • CFO and Vice President, Smulders Group – Strategic financial and investment control (7 companies in Poland).
  • Interim General Manager, Badelement Polska – Production and cost optimization (550 employees, 32,000 m² of production space).
  • President and Managing Director, Geo-Marine PPUH LTD. – Managing growth strategy in an international company.

Robert has an interdisciplinary educational background—he is an engineer, financier (ACCA), and manager (MBA), enabling him to effectively integrate technical, financial, and operational aspects. He has extensive experience in international management, collaborating with companies and teams in Europe, Asia, Africa, and South America.

He graduated from the Maritime University of Gdynia (Shipbuilding, Transport, and Logistics) and earned an MBA from the University of Gdańsk in cooperation with Copenhagen Business School, the University of Antwerp-Ruca, and the Fachhochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft in Berlin. He is a certified ACCA financial professional and a Certified Advisor in GROWING PAINS STRATEGY®.
