With over 35 years of executive experience in finance, taxation, controlling, and leading international teams, Tadeusz has built a career spanning global operations. For nearly three decades, he was associated with the American corporation NCR, where he served as Vice President of Finance & Tax and International Controller, overseeing operations across the EMEA and APAC regions.
He specializes in international financial management, M&A projects, cost optimization, and ERP system implementations. He successfully led the spin-off and sale of the Digital Banking business unit, contributing to a significant reduction in the company’s external debt. He managed the separation process of NCR into two global entities (Voyix and Atleos), coordinating all workstreams across Europe.
Throughout his career, he has overseen the integration of international acquisitions (including Radiant, Retalix, and Alaric), developed shared services centers (e.g., Warsaw – over 340 employees), implemented the Oracle ERP system, and ensured compliance with US GAAP and local statutory reporting in 23 countries.
Previously, he held financial leadership roles as CFO of operations in Sudan and Finance Director for international contracts at companies such as Budimex, Pezetel, and Bumar—combining executive and controlling functions on major infrastructure and export projects.
He holds a Master’s degree in Finance from the Central School of Planning and Statistics (now SGH Warsaw School of Economics) and completed an Executive MBA program in cooperation with the University of Denver. He is a Certified GROWING PAINS STRATEGY® Advisor.
