Agnieszka Pławińska

Agnieszka has over 20 years of experience in marketing and sales in the pharmaceutical industry. She has developed most of her professional career in Big Pharma (including Sandoz, Valeant, MSD), where she has carried out numerous launches, rebrandings, and managed diversified portfolios of RX drugs, OTC, Dietary Supplements, and Medical Devices in multiple European markets (CEE region).

Agnieszka is an experienced, innovative manager who can combine marketing skills with a passion for clinical knowledge and operational excellence. She can skillfully translate market analysis findings and consumer research results into effective business strategies. She can engage teams and individuals to seek new, non-standard solutions. Agnieszka communicates easily with all departments and types of stakeholders in the organization. She can build lasting relationships with influential clinicians and engage them in projects. She advocates for constantly finding new ways to communicate with customers. She has an excellent understanding of all elements of effective organization, from logistics to registration, clinical trials, Market Access, PR, Business Development, clinical, and marketing aspects.

Currently, she manages and builds marketing structures in a young office of a global medical equipment supplier.

Agnieszka holds an MBA degree from ESSEC and a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine diploma from SGGW in Warsaw.
