Anna Szymczak

Anna has been building her experience in innovation management for over ten years.
She supports organizations in creating strategies for building competitive advantages based on technology and commercializing innovations.

She cooperates and gains experience with both startups and mature organizations.

Since 2016, she has been associated with the MedTech industry. She served as Operations Director at Infermedica Sp. z o.o. The startup has raised over PLN 120 million in funding by 2022 to develop a technology supporting patient diagnostics based on AI. In 2017-2020, she was associated with Telemedycycna Polska SA, whose main shareholder was the Neuca Group. As the President of the Management Board, she was responsible for business transformation, building a new development strategy, including launching new sales channels and business models. Her actions were positively reflected in financial indicators and adopting an agile organizational culture.

Anna has a wealth of experience in building new ventures, lean processes, and digital marketing.

She believes that the company’s long-term success is determined by its organizational culture and, its client whose experience is built on the exchange of values ​​with a broader ecosystem of stakeholders and agile processes within the organization.
