Bogdan Szyc

Bogdan Szyc is an experienced business leader with over 25 years of operational experience in the B2B sector, particularly in the energy, manufacturing, Testing Inspection & Certification, and Polish family businesses. He has held managerial positions in various business areas, creating investment and development strategies and achieving transformational goals in different ownership structures.

His main specialization lies in transforming companies during succession processes, including building enterprise value to prepare them for sale, M&A, and issuing bonds to raise capital for investments. He has also carried out projects involving the incorporation of Polish companies into global or European group structures.

In his most recent project (2021-2023), he led the transformation of a private company into a branch of a Western company owned by a financial fund. Previously, he served as CEO in the J.S. Hamilton Polska group and held key positions in SGS Polska, Grupa LOTOS, and other international enterprises.

Bogdan Szyc graduated from the Chemical Faculty at the Gdańsk University of Technology, earning a Master’s degree in Engineering. He is also a Certified Advisor of GROWING PAINS STRATEGY®.
