She has over 25 years of design and implementation experience in international and Polish corporations (mBank capital group – in cooperation with Commerzbank, Sygnity, Raiffeisen Leasing, Sygma Bank, BGŻ BNP Paribas) as well as in SMEs and large enterprises, as well as in startups.
Long-term director of the areas of organization development, HR and controlling in international banking structures, SME companies – led strategic projects: implemented the canon of values and programs for managing organizational culture, based on values, controlling, systems for measuring and profitability of customers, products, business lines, Activity Based Costing management accounting tools and modern HR systems (MBO, MBV, OKR, performance, attitude and value assessment systems), developed and implemented remuneration strategies and policies, created remuneration systems, bonus and incentive systems, commission systems, results management – performance management, budgeting , implemented projects to adapt organizational structures to the strategy, based on career ladders, defining development paths and differentiation of fixed and variable remuneration, Employer Branding, based on EVP.
She conducted succession projects in family businesses based on the construction of new roles, defining key values for the implementation of the strategy and new organizational culture as well as the map of the organization, budgeting and measurement of profitable areas, profitable clients, products and services. She successfully managed as a General or Operations Director in SME companies, simplifying and optimizing existing processes.
Mathematician, graduate of FTiMS of the Warsaw University of Technology, holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Finance and Banking and an MBA in Management.
