Jacek Przysada

Jacek has over 25 years of experience in building, developing, and leading technological engineering companies, creating market needs for modern automation technologies, constructing complex, automated, and robotic production lines and specialized machines. As a co-founder, he held managerial positions, including the CEO role in the last two companies.

Building such companies as PRO-ZAP Technology and Automation Design Company, Bema Inżynieria Polska, and teamtechnik Production Technology from scratch, he was responsible for acquiring specialized engineering resources, mechatronics installation experts, building infrastructure from the company’s foundation to operational and management systems for project management, financial control, budgeting and cash flow monitoring, and organizational culture with its values and motivations. He managed organizations of over 250 people.

Thanks to his technical and economic education, he combined the values of both fields, allowing him to achieve a turnover of 25 million euros and sales structures ranging from 50% to even 90% exports to Europe, America, and Asia. Developing companies from their inception to achieving market leadership in the domestic and Central and Eastern Europe markets, he personally experienced and overcame the pains of growth, building and adapting strategies based on market research, benchmarking, and technological trends. He set development directions and quantified real economic indicators as management goals. He actively participated in M&A processes of companies.

Jacek is a graduate of Wroclaw University of Technology, where he also defended his PhD in automation and control. He also completed an international MBA program at the University of Economics in Wroclaw. He has professional certificates in designing digital control systems. He communicates in Polish and English.
