Katarzyna has over 25 years’ experience in managing large manufacturing and supply chain organizations in FMCG businesses. 

Katarzyna has over 25 years’ experience in leading and coaching big organizations as she had various Senior Management positions in Procter & Gamble in Supply Chain and Manufacturing and HR. 

She led both start-up and shut down restructurings. She spent her corporate career growing big organizations across various countries. She has operational experience leading technical organizations. She is HPO (High Performance Organization) trainer and coach. She delivered Diversity Transformation training across the globe to over 500 leaders. 

She worked on operational skills development with over 20 manufacturing companies in Europe, Middle East, and Africa. She led manufacturing and supply chain organizations in Europe and Mexico.

She has post graduate degree in Evidence- Based Coaching from Fielding Graduate University in US and master’s degree in economics from Gdansk University. She was Master Executive Coach in P&G leading development of international executive coaches across the globe. She is ICF certified.
