Małgorzata is an experienced leader with a history of successful performance in development, implementation and management of professional asset management companies on the Polish and European capital market.

2011-2020 executive member of the professional team that built top independent FIC in regard to NAV on the Polish market ( building Net Asset Value from 200 Mio PLN to 16,4 Bio PLN in 2020 )

Implementation of innovative and first on the Polish market investment solutions ( pension programs, index funds, corporate dedicated bond fund, notification of Luxembourgian investment funds – SICAV, implementation of European investment directives:  MIFID, CRS, IFR, UCITS, AIFMD and preparation and implementation of best practice standards: Global Investment Performance Standards, best execution, market and operational risk control processes. 

As a council member of the Polish FIC Chamber ( IZFIA) – development of a new remuneration model for banking distribution network on the Polish market ( MIFID II complied).

Since 2021 Board Member at Q Securities SA – Brokerage House responsible for: risk control, legal and Compliance, AML, business support. Previously held duties as a management board member (CFO, COO and  CRO) Generali Investments TFI and Union Investment TFI.

Małgorzata has a master’s degree in Finance and Banking at Economics Department of University of Warsaw and postgraduate diploma of Warsaw University of Technology Business School in „Development of renewable Energy projects. Economics, Energy market and business model”

Co-author of best practice standards publication: „Science and Industry co-operation” issued by Consortium Industrial Safety of Poland” from 2016.
