Mariusz Tyszkiewicz

Manager and investor with 25 years of experience in the MedTech industry, Mariusz has gained experience in high management positions in leading medical companies worldwide, such as Medtronic and Stryker. Since 2013, he has been the managing director at Biameditek, a company that is a leader in the cardiology, intensive care, and anesthesiology market and belongs to the Swedish investment group Indutrade.

Mariusz specializes in negotiations, business planning, implementing innovative products into the Polish market, medical device sales, creating and implementing strategies, employee development, sales team reconstruction, and searching for companies from various industries for potential acquisition.

He has carried out organizational transformations covering entire sales teams as well as entire companies. He played a significant role in acquiring companies in the MedTech industry.

Mariusz has broad knowledge of the Central and Eastern European medical market.

He actively participates in the development of many innovative medical products that achieve significant market success, thereby increasing the level of patient treatment in Poland.

With an engineering degree in automation and an MBA from the ICAN Institute and a Leadership program from the IHM Business School in Stockholm, he is a Certified Advisor in GROWING PAINS STRATEGY®.
