Mateusz Paprocki

Mateusz Paprocki has been associated with the IT industry for over 15 years. He has climbed the career ladder starting as a programmer, solution architect, to managing operations and teams of people. He has completed dozens of projects for clients from various industries and companies of different sizes, from startups to international corporations. Currently, he is responsible for operations and finances in a 90-person software house called Neoteric. During his career, he has worn “many hats”, which allows him to understand the challenges in practically every area of company activity and he can present the dependencies between them. Mateusz has been involved in creating three startups from developing and testing a business concept to maintaining and developing it. He advised many entrepreneurs on the acceleration of PolandPrize. Since 2017, he has been working with the Objectives and Key Results (OKR) methodology for achieving strategic goals.
