Established the foundations of new business lines based on customer knowledge.
As a member of the Management Board of PGE Systemy SA, he developed ICT CUW in the largest energy group in Poland, leading to its design and measurement of service processes for the entire capital group. He was also responsible for areas such as cybersecurity, process quality assurance, system and application development, and digitization.
Over the past 2 years, he has built the POKOLENIA Institute, the most recognizable Polish demographic and social think tank, creating a professional team and the foundations of a smoothly operating organization.
