Wojciech Urban

Wojciech brings over 25 years of experience in the banking industry, spanning corporate banking, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), and public sector institutions. He has also spent more than 20 years in leadership positions, managing teams and driving organizational performance.

He has extensive experience and knowledge in risk assessment and management in business operations as well as structuring financing for companies at different stages of their development and in different phases of the business cycle. Maintaining long-term relationships with clients from various industries and sectors, he has had the opportunity to participate in both business development and restructuring processes. He has successfully conducted transactions such as financing trade, investments, ownership changes, and commercial real estate. Acquiring these experiences was the result of work as Director of the Corporate Center at Bank Pekao in Poznań, Director of the Corporate Loans Department in the Corporate Center at Bank BPH, and Advisor and Analyst at Bank Handlowy in Warsaw. He also managed the Business Center of Bank Ochrony Środowiska, supporting the green transformation of Polish companies.
